Shame too, Charleigh Rose wrote some memorable romances that made me appreciate her writing. You can picture my abject horror when I started to skim the shit outta this massive mess of miscommunication, pettish actions and the heroine’s confident thrill to remove clothes within the blandest romance ever. I assumed I’d fall in love with this as enemies to lovers with some forbidden romance and constant torment from an anti-hero is an irresistible combination to me.
